Welcome to KA Coaching! My name is Kale Adams, and as your coach, I aim to understand the barriers between you and your goals so that we can develop a practical plan towards success. Each person has their unique life circumstances and it is important that your training reflects this fact. I provide every one of my athletes with instruction on their workouts, paces, races, and goal setting. You can expect me to provide guidance and to develop your training in response to your progress. Whether you have just started running or have been running your whole life, I can understand what makes you tick and what is needed for you to start reaching your potential!
