KA Coaching aims to provide a pathway for people of varying abilities to passionately develop toward achieving their running goals. If you aren't part of a running team, then being knowledgeable about the training that is required to improve can be difficult. Plenty of generic advice and training sessions exist online, but determining which session to do and when it is appropriate to do these workouts is the challenge.

Those who seek to get better will quickly come across a barrage of questions: What workout will help me achieve my goals? Is now the right time of the year to do this workout? Will the workout that is designed for an Olympian work for me? How long should I be trying to run, and how fast should those runs be?

The purpose of KA Coaching is to alleviate the stress, thinking, time-wasting, and ineffectiveness that comes with designing a training plan with uncertainty.
