I was born in Tasmania, Australia, and have been running competitively for 16 years. I spent a lot of my youth running at the national level in Australia before competing in the United States collegiate system for Adams State University.

While I thoroughly enjoyed being a member of a large college team, my interest in coaching resides in assisting others in getting as close as possible to their maximum potential; A mission that can only be achieved by understanding individuals at a high level. Very few come to understand their potential, let alone be able to healthily and consistently maintain it. I work with athletes to provide that understanding. I guide and train people of all different levels from beginner runners to runners who are faster than me.
